About Tiny Roots Preschool
Our History
Tiny Roots Preschool was founded in 2012 as an in-home preschool named Once Upon a Preschool. It all began with the mission of providing high-quality, affordable early childhood education to families in the East Valley. Since then, we have grown and expanded to become Tiny Roots Preschool, a micro school with a focus on outdoor exploration, STEAM opportunities, play based learning and structured teacher directed learning. At Tiny Roots we prepare your little learner for Kindergarten by teaching them the social, classroom and academic skills they will need to succeed. While at the same time providing them with opportunities to play, experiment, explore and enjoy learning! We believe in creating an environment where students can spark their life long love of learning.
Tiny Roots Preschool Class Schedule
2027 - 2028 School Year
Classes start August 2nd, 2027 and the school year ends on May 22nd, 2028.
Preschool
9:00 am - 11:30 am
Monday/Wednesday Ages 3-4
Tuition: $200 per month
Students must turn 3 by November 1st 2027
Class Size: 8-10 Students, no more than 10 students in a class.
First Day of School: August 2nd
Last Day of School: May 22nd
Pre-K
9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday Ages 4-5
Tuition: $300 per month
Students must turn 4 by November 1st 2027
Class Size: 8-10 Students, no more than 10 students in a class.
First Day of School: August 3rd
Last Day of School: May 22nd
Advanced Pre-K
12:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday Ages 4-6
Tuition: $400 per month
Students MUST be entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2028
Class Size: 8-10 Students, no more than 10 students in a class.
First Day of School: August 3rd
Last Day of School: May 22nd
Registration Information for the 2027-2028 School Year
All our classes are currently full for the 2026-2027 school year. Registration for the 2027-2028 school year begins January 3rd.
The application form for the 2027-2028 school year will go live on January 3rd for all returning Tiny Roots Preschool families. Registration opens to the public on January 10th. To enroll your student for the 2027-2028 school year you must submit an application form here on our website. You will then receive an acceptance or a waitlist email within 10 days of enrollment form submission.
Tours of Tiny Roots Preschool will open up again on Monday, January 11th. Tiny Roots Preschool is located on the border of Mesa and Gilbert at Country Club and Guadalupe roads.
